Cheap quality for my opinion

I tried putting up this decor for my mom’s birthday and I must say it’s a pretty sad choice. This set looks and feels way cheaper than similar items I’ve ordered off Walmart. This was so flimsy, the fans were super thin(unlike another item I ordered for a baby shower - it was durable like a card stock). Then you had to put the strings on ALL of the ones that needed strings. Wow. It’s a day and night difference from what I bought for my sister’s baby shower. If you need gold decor for a b-day, I would look elsewhere and this would be my last resort. Save yourself time, money, and hassle.
