Another complaint that I don't know how to tell you about is that side-to-side tilt is very limited. Maybe it would help if they made the part that attaches to the mirror with a different ball joint. However, this would increase the size of the delivery. I've positioned it by attaching it to the underside of something and as I said it works great but I'm sure there will be people who can't use it because there's no way to place it .
