The video for this product is misleading. It doesn't fit the IMAC's Lightning connector. So if you are an Apple user, don't expect it to fit. The demo video shows how to connect to the Lightning port, but it doesn't really fit. I'm sending it back for a refund. BUYER BEWARE If you are not tech savvy it will not be explained properly. I hasten to add that the technical support of this company is VERY GOOD. They were extremely helpful and IMMEDIATELY responded to my request for more information. I'm disappointed it doesn't fit because I'd really like to add it to my IMAC for easier access to peripherals. If you have a USB-C connector then everything is fine, I didn't know what it was and the DEMO VIDEO shows how to connect it to the IMAC Lightning connector. That confused me. This review is not intended to be a condemnation of this product, but rather a warning to the buyer to ensure this is the correct connector for your computer.
