Great post-operative pillow.
I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and it was perfect for post op pain while driving. The red clip helps the seal stay in place. This is excellent quality. It zips up so you can pad or remove something that's too big. Highly recommended, the pattern is beautiful.

If you need more padding you can add it through the zip opening, this is a very thoughtful design for patient comfort. The soft, comfortable padding between the strap and the slot keeps one side of my chest well protected from the seat belt.
