Review on 🔲 RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK918 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - RGB Backlit, Full Size 108 Key Anti-Ghosting, Brown Switch, Large LED Side Lamp, White by Instructor Niederhaus

I bought this keyboard in September 2020 while working from home. It was a great little keyboard for the price, cool color features, and great key feel. It was very easy to install, you just plugged it in and the drivers were already loaded. Fast forward to February 2021, the keyboard now has keys that don't work and others that automatically type gibberish with just a single keypress. I contacted Revain and they helped me with some issues but couldn't help me. I contacted the manufacturer and the problem got worse. I sent a video of what's going on with the keyboard and they said the 3 month warranty (who has a 3 month electronics warranty?) has unfortunately expired but if I were willing to give it a 5 star review , would they send me a replacement. I replied that I would be happy to give them a 5 star rating once I have received the product and verified that it works. To which they replied that they no longer wish to reply to emails regarding this and will only ship the product if I make a review first and send them a screenshot of a 5 star review and then I can change it later. They added that this is their first job and if I don't do it they will lose it. That response was unprofessional and unethical. I will no longer buy from this company. There was no decision on this question.
