Action Built Video Camera

The seller kindly provided me with a sample of this product and asked me to write a review. FOLLOW-UP: Another Revain customer pointed out to me that the camera has zoom capabilities. I've edited my review to remove any suggestions to the contrary. The zoom function was not obvious to me or my daughter, who has been using the camera for most of the time since she got it. a use that offers excellent quality at a significantly lower price than comparable Go Pro cameras. While this camera is by no means designed for professional use, it captures video of sufficient quality (1080p) for home or social media use and comes with a range of useful accessories. weighs less than a pound. Despite its small size, it has a 1.5 inch screen that displays decent quality images and can be placed in a vertical position. The camera uses a micro SD card (not included) for storage and charges the battery via the included mini USB cable. Battery life is estimated at two hours; The longest we've used was around an hour (and the battery isn't dead). The kit that comes with the camera also includes various other accessories, including a waterproof case, mounting bracket, two different stands, straps, adhesive pads, HDMI cable, and a small (1.5" x 2") two-button Remote control. .The latter accessory is very useful as it allows people to start, stop and pause the camera in situations where manually adjusting the controls is impractical. We used this as a dash-mounted camera for testing, and the remote controls the camera consistently and accurately. The camera and mount seem pretty solid. We did (and don't want to) drop the camera to test it, but it seems to be able to take a beating. However, the coasters are plastic and feel a little less durable. In general, I believe the inner tube can handle quite a lot of spills on a bike. The camera has some limitations as you would expect given the price tag. Low light performance is poor. However, color quality is good under normal room or daylight conditions. Sound quality is also acceptable (the microphones are built into the camera itself, with no external microphones). Image stabilization isn't great on rough terrain, but it's very smooth under normal driving or hiking conditions. Overall, the camera delivers good video and audio quality under normal Shooting conditions. Recording while driving or driving over rough terrain still results in some shaky but easily recognizable images. This is not a professional video camera. However, for general recording for home use or for uploading your exploits to social networking sites, Ton Around Camera offers excellent value for money.
