Kind of flexible, small and with a hole in it.
I bought this for my 15lb cairn terrier and it barely fits. It's not very strong and is a bit thin. A hole appeared on the side after 2 weeks of use. Also, one of the straps doesn't adjust tight enough, so it wraps loosely around the seat. Everything is OK.
