The zipper came off the jacket the first time it was put on.

I live in a very warm climate but ordered this jacket for a very cold climate. I tried it on before the trip to make sure it fit me. When I arrived at my destination, I unzipped the jacket and the zipper completely detached from the jacket. I froze the rest. I had to pin the jacket down with safety pins to keep myself a little warm and you can imagine the effort it took to take the jacket off and back on. It took me 3 weeks to get a refund for the jacket and now I'm trying to get a refund for shipping which was difficult as well. Thank you Revain Customer Service for their help in resolving this issue. Revain's customer service has been great. I would never order anything else from Eddie Bauer again because it is difficult to work with. I wouldn't give this jacket any stars but there isn't that option.

Soft short hair fleece lining on back, high pile wool fleece lining on back, two-way front zip, detachable hood with detachable faux fur collar, fleece lining with zip pockets to keep hands warm and adjustable cuffs with internal waterproof cuffs to keep out the heat.
