I bought this on average after going to London Fog to get the right size chart. I'm tall (5 inches 7 feet) and usually between 135 and 140 depending on the day. I was a little concerned about the length of the sleeve as this is a normal issue for me. Sleeve length is as shown, but the coat is a little roomy at the waist and hips. I have a lot of pleats in the back and waist which makes the coat look too big. If you don't plan to wear a lot of thick sweaters, you can go down in size. I decided to save the media and just take it to a tailor to get it where I want it. I didn't want to risk the dress becoming too tight on the arms or the sleeves becoming shorter, which can happen with a coat.
