They are great value for money, great slim high waist for a tummy tuck. The material is dense and cotton-like, but still has a slight elastic sheen when stretched. LOVE the two side pockets. I bought vintage purple which is a lovely purple colour, but I can easily see sweat stains on this material and colour. And it definitely gives me a cameltoe. And they're a little uncomfortably long if you're wearing a shirt over them. I would advise you to get a more expensive brand. I'm trying to attach a photo, I don't see how, sorry!
