Review on Surgi Wax Hair Remover Face Ounce by Kristen Carter

When I opened each tin (I've tried ALL THREE) there was a layer of hard wax on top. I followed the heating instructions, then had to break through this hardened layer and tried to get to the heated wax that was at the bottom of the jar. There was a lot of air between the top hard layer and the wax underneath. Trying to pierce and remove this layer to get at the warm wax just didn't work. Sent back to the Amazon at her expense; I'll probably have to try something else.
