Not Heavy Duty
These are not mountaineering boots but for the price they are decent. The sole will wear out after a short period of use, but it will do. Our daughter wears them to riding lessons once a week. I didn't expect them to last forever, but significant damage to the sole occurs after 3 hours of wear every time. We hope she outgrows them before they snap to the point of replacement.
