I've only been using this thing for a day and I find it very funny. It does what it's supposed to and is very easy to use. The picture quality on my monitor is excellent. The sound is good, but not outstanding. Don't expect 5.1 surround sound from the built-in microphone on any device. But as far as image quality goes, I have two desktops and one laptop and all three are excellent. I haven't tried watching the video on TV so I can't comment on the enlarged quality. Initially, I couldn't get Point and Shoot to start automatically or find the icon in My Computer after I plugged in the USB. But after disabling Norton Antivirus it immediately started working. (May require a reboot). This happens with some software from time to time and can be blocked. If turning on Norton or any other antivirus program you use makes you nervous, turn off your network connection and then turn it off again. Norton actually offers a timer that turns itself back on after a certain amount of time. in case you forget You can find this function under Options. It's a bit of a hassle, but worth it. I was looking for a voice recorder to take notes in my car when I found this article. Being able to have both video and audio offers a lot more compared to a voice recorder for only a small additional cost. For example, if you are looking for an apartment, a car or even a computer, video recording along the way will help you make a decision later after considering all the options and of course takes the guesswork out of forgetting which car was which option; which monitor goes with which computer, etc. The cost difference between this and a voice recorder is minimal for what you get. For the money I think the product is great and I can only recommend it.
