Super cute but stinks out of the box

This scarf is really cute and soft, but it smells like something wild! I washed it in the washing machine, the smell is gone, which is very nice. The only other downside is that it stays fluffy all over. I have another scarf with the same texture but not the same so I was a little disappointed. It's really soft and thin so it can be worn indoors, but the fuzz is annoying.
