They are great to work with! I can never say enough good things about Superior. Whenever our team needs help in finding candidates for specific positions they respond right away! The best part of working with these guys - they understand what we're looking for but have some interesting ways to find people as well. As with any agency or recruiter there's nothing out-of-the-ordinary here. I would only suggest trying this agency if you need professional experience (and maybe even an internship) from the DFW area. This organization has helped us fill many roles over the years including hiring several interns who now join my staff for the long term! I like how quick they were to send me my resume after applying. The recruiter was very personable and easy to talk with. They're extremely thorough in their screening process and make sure you fit into the culture of the organization before hiring. It's been difficult finding staff for our team at this time but we have not had any problems so far. Superiorhire has taken out all of the stress of recruiting for us!
