I have had several horizontal leather holsters over the years and this is by far the best in terms of material quality and fit. It's real leather... you can smell the leather as soon as you open the packaging. I use a Spigen Hybrid case on my XS Max, which fits this holster perfectly. I can easily insert and remove my phone with one hand. There is a small tab at the end of the belt clip that holds it securely to the belt so it doesn't fall out. I've learned my lesson to stop buying cheap $10-15 holsters...they claim to be leather but it's mostly cheap polyurethane plastic that after a few months will fall off or the clip will fall apart. Over the years I've spent more money replacing them every few months. With the quality and the material of this holster you are well prepared.
