Both times when I was in the hospital after having children they put these cuffs on me which filled up with air and pinched my legs. The cuffs are easily adjustable, can be set for light or very hard compression, and there are two modes that allow you to use different compression patterns. The machine is not that noisy and can be used for squeezing the legs, feet and arms. As someone who uses my forearms a lot in my job, I have found this device to be one of the best massagers for my sore hands. Cuffs adjusted to the smallest fit will adjust to inflate the cuff with more air, allowing even petite hands to be massaged. I have successfully tested the device on my feet, legs and arms. All in all, if you are looking for a compression massager, this is a good choice.
