I have a snobbish nipple...

MAM makes the only pacifiers my baby has taken since discharge from the hospital. They are built to last - we have washed/sterilized them many times without damaging the teat. My only complaint is that they absorb water when washed, but you can easily wring it out and turn it upside down to dry. I recommend attaching small silicone adapters to the end and you can easily attach them to any pacifier clip.
