I was looking to replace my old knee pad with this one but this pad is a bit smaller than the one I have. My 9 year old daughter uses this pillow now and she loves it. She actually likes to use it to sleep because it's perfect for her head, but sometimes she uses it for her knees too. The cover is soft and removable so it's washable, and the pillow itself is made of firm memory foam so it doesn't shrink too much with use. This is a plus size pillow for short people or those with limited space. For me as a plus size girl I prefer a bigger pillow. If you've never used a knee pillow and sleep on your side, you'll sleep better if you get one. I can't sleep without it.
