Highly pigmented and cruelty-free
Color matches the photo. Definitely matte, although it blends well! I first ordered this to use as part of my character's makeup for last Halloween. I was dressed as Lady Amalthea from The Last Unicorn and needed a rich matte pink to highlight my forehead but I also lined my lips. It doesn't smudge, bleed or run. There is a light pink star on the forehead due to the powder coating of the lipstick. The middle dot is the result of applying the lipstick twice. I love that Milani isn't violent so my bunny loves it too. <3 Rachel H
