It could be a lot better.

I would love it but it has a few downsides. The tensioner is a heavy metal rod on metal and makes a noise when I slide it under the edge of the table. A simple knurled screw would suffice. The protective cover will not hold its position unless gravity acts on it. One push and he falls out of his seat.
