Review on 📷 Anpviz 5MP H.265 IR Dome IP Camera PoE with Microphone - Enhanced Security Solution by Kurt Bravo

Test System: • IP Camera: Anpviz Dome Model IPC-D250G (2.8mm version) • NVR: Synology DS1618+ with DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 4 and Synology Surveillance Station Version 8.2.3-5828 • Power supply: Supplied via single port PoE injector 48V 15W. First impressions upon unboxing: • Well packaged • Sturdy metal base and solid construction • Manual and software included. The font is a bit small so you can refer to the copy on the included CD as it is easy to read. Basic setup: • The default IP address in the manual is 192.168.0.123 which may not be correct for you depending on your network setup (This is not for me and I had some trouble finding the default IP address with my browser • Download AjDevTools (not IPWizardIII) from http://www.anpvizsecurity.com • In AjDevTools select "Change IP address" to match your network Configure and optionally set a static address then I could just log in to the web portal • Create a new user (and you can remove the default form here for security reasons) • In the Network/Basic section of the application, set the desired IP address • In the "Network/Service Ports” section, set Enter the port you want to use in the application NVR Setup (Synology): • Although the manufacturer has not tested it with Synology Surveillance Station, it works excellently rt with the latest version 8.2.3-5828! • Setup is easy. and some installation images are attached, just use the default ONVIF profile shown along with the ONVIF IP address and port you set above along with your new credentials. Conclusion: The device delivers what it promises and the website is incredibly well organized and informative. For this price, it will be difficult to find a better IP66 5MP dome IP camera with H.265 weatherproofing.
