I like that it is very easy to use, has many features for tracking time off etc., can be integrated with other systems (iCloud), offers great customer service over email or phone when needed - just make sure you are using an internet connection during their business hours! It's not perfect but they have made some improvements since we first implemented them in 2014. They need more people who speak Spanish as well so there isn't always someone available online 24/7 if something needs attention right away by our HR team. We used this system mainly because of its ease of implementation into existing payroll software as opposed to having separate applications set-up independently which would require additional resources from us at least initially while getting up & running.
