I bought these 2 identical pallets and sent them to 1 friend. I first opened 1 palette and what I looked at was what I thought was a broken palette, it looked like 1 shadow was missing so I opened another one and went down and lo and behold the other palette had the same thing! I then rated it 1 star. Then I wanted to send them back but I went through all the beauty palettes and came across one bought from another seller and she said what appeared to be missing was some sort of gel that needed more pigment. ! So I checked Palette 1 again and of course it's a gel and they need a little more pigment but I tested it and it's good and more pigment could have been used!
