Most of the negative reviews about the size/length of this product are unfair. GUYS, be smart consumers and check out the size options listed! You'll pay more for the longest, but unless you're a kid with a small back, or want to use the product to stretch and clean your adult size back, the shorter ones won't be long enough. The product is very well made, durable, has a smooth side and a more "peeling" side. The strap handles are firmly attached and I can easily reach my back with the longest option. It comes with a palm-sized circular face scrub with the same smooth and exfoliating finishes. The products come with a nice zippered travel bag. You will be satisfied with this item if you order the right length.
