I've been using Luko in my basement for about a month and it does an excellent job of removing excess moisture from the air. The control panel is very accessible and easy to see and use. And the machine is very quiet. Previous dehumidifiers I've had made a rattling noise when turned on, but the Luko barely whispered. The water collection tank is quite small, so if you rely on it, you may have to empty it more often. I use a bypass pipe to direct the water into the bucket (I raised the luko off the ground so it's higher than the bucket). This significantly increases the time between emptying. I don't have a floor drain which would make the situation ideal.
