You should buy this solely because of the great customer service! I ordered this for my soft daily lenses, it does a good job of removing protein build up that would otherwise be missed with the manual method. I have had other plastic cleaners and have found that the tray that holds the lenses always rusts over time. This device is very similar to these peroxide solution containers, but they're housed in glass rather than plastic (to prevent rust) that rotates and vibrates to clean your lenses. It comes with a micro USB cable, two plastic tweezers and an eyelet plunger mount, and additional rubber pads in case the one falls off or gets lost underneath your device. In fact, my device had an issue where the lenses only rotated on one side. I contacted the seller about this and they offered a FREE replacement without having to return the unit! They even did a few follow ups just to make sure I'm happy. Compared to other cleaners here on Amazon this is a reasonable price for what you get and if you have any issues rest assured that their customer service team will be happy to help!
