The divider set I received has already been returned by someone. It was easy to spot because not only did it have the rubber tips already attached, but it was also covered in "old crate junk". I wouldn't mind that, but the reason for returning it was that one of the divider springs wasn't pressing, making it impossible to put it in the drawer. I had already bought 2 other kits (different sizes) and knew they came with straps to hold them in place (they are literally "spring loaded" and you better be careful when aiming). cut straps). This set was simply repackaged in plastic, packaged in the fully extended position (since 'extended' was the only possible position for a defective product) and shipped to me. Disgusting quality control both in production and delivery/return! And for the record, I had to return one of my other two sets due to a defect. Royal Craft Wood has a great idea, great marketing and a very sloppy execution. Still, I really like how these dividers help me organize my kitchen drawers. I've tried fixed-width organizers that just don't fit in some of my kitchen essentials. Being able to place a divider the width I need is revolutionary. I found that covering the drawers with a rubber mat before installing the dividers helped them stay in place better. The rubber tabs on either end of the dividers are a good idea, but they don't have enough room to hold them firmly in place. Royal Craft Wood has several other products that interest me. As long as they're available through Revain Prime I'll probably try them, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy them anywhere I wasn't absolutely sure that returning a defective item would be easy and free for me. Exchange 2 sets of 3 ordered sets - lousy probability!
