Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Chun Hyun ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am completely satisfied, item complies with description.

I'll focus primarily on the finer points of using a PC. A wifi/bluetooth module is built inside my desktop computer. It turns out that this is a standalone module on the mother board, and the included antennas are required for proper operation. It would appear that this PC module is directly responsible for the quality of the transmission. Even one load-bearing brick wall causes some disruption to the sound, while a cheap smartphone has no such issues under the same settings. Phone calls and app-internal calls (such those found in Cart, Viber, or Discord) function fine. Despite the fact that the manual specifies that only GSM calls will function properly, the assurance is not limited to GSM calls alone. When using a personal computer, however, the issue manifests in its entirety. So to sum up, I was never able to get it working as a headset on Windows 10. As with headphones, I was able to successfully pair, connect, and use all of the buttons, but I was unable to simultaneously listen to audio and speak into the microphone. It can be highly distracting to experience a noticeable delay in the audio while watching a video. Also, headphones shouldn't be used during prolonged gameplay. Everything else is fine as well. Unlike tws, the earpiece may be removed from the rim and thrown aside for easy access. Positive charge capacity, although charge indicator is buggy with Wine 10. Under a scarf, the rim of your phone will stay toasty warm in the winter, which is great for the battery but annoying when you're outside and trying to use the controls. As headphones, in general, you'll be nearly satisfied with them on any device. However, the price may be prohibitive for some. While the sound and microphone quality aren't great, there haven't been any major issues with using this as a smartphone headset. I would not suggest using it as a Computer headset unless you are familiar with all of the potential issues and their solutions in advance.

Pros
  • conventional noise levels Electricity storage ability Comfortable clothing This material instills confidence.
Cons
  • Inconveniences Caused by Computer Work Outside of the smartphone, keeping an eye on the battery charge. When plugged into a computer, the headphones will remain on and indicate a "typical" charge until it is time to turn off.
