This UV filter really works! I was skeptical but couldn't clean my aquarium after using a gravel vacuum that didn't work but just stirred everything. One of my neon tetras died and two of my measles cats started growing fungi on their dorsal fins. I've tried to fix it with small water changes, flushing the filter and servicing but it hasn't gotten any better. In just 5 days after adding the UV filter, the water cleared up significantly and is now, after about 2 weeks, crystal clear, as you can see in the picture. I wanted to send a photo before but for some reason it wouldn't load. In any case, my catfish have almost completely recovered from the fungal infestation and the aquarium looks great. Highly recommended, even my husband didn't believe it!
