The fabric is nice and soft and the color of the "mountain" matches the photos on the web pretty well - definitely blue but muted and with a hint of grey. You can wear this color with shorts or pants of almost any color. The shirt doesn't look as street-friendly as some of Columbia's other similar shirts, which is a good thing. I'm well over 6 feet tall and weigh about 175 pounds with single digit body fat. My chest is 39-40 inches and my natural waist is 32-33. The size SMALL (!) fits me perfectly - wide enough at the shoulders, not too tight under my armpit, comfortable but not sloppy in the chest. I'm usually between medium and large - medium is often quite skinny/fitted, sometimes too tight in the armpits and/or not wide enough in my shoulders. Large - A more casual cut, sometimes baggy around the bust or waist. I can't imagine how messy a medium or (sigh) large size would be in this shirt!
