We found it very difficult to assemble due to the lack of perforated holes in some places. Make sure you have a drill along with a hammer and screwdriver. (Luckily we had one.) Aside from being a major inconvenience for us, it's pretty durable. HOWEVER, the door slammed VERY hard. I was afraid the glass might break but as we know we just close the doors.
