Arrived very damaged. Low quality.
Looks like a comfortable pillow for kids. It was torn in several places all over the pillow. The material is clearly not durable. Snuggle Pedic customer service didn't apologize when I called. They just asked for photo proof and an order number via email. The response I received via email told me to repackage and return the pillow and allow time for processing before they send a replacement. I decided I'd rather order another pillow than bother with this one.
