Update 01/2020. It's been almost a year since the first one and it still works great. Bought a new one for a different tank and continue to enjoy the bubble lamp. The bubble flow depends on the individual air pump. More bubbles allow more light to pass/reflect through the aquarium. This new one meets the 20 gallon standard but I'm sure it will look even better on a larger tank. Nevertheless 5 stars! previous post. Great additional light source with a new twist! Thanks to the LEDs located near the bubble exit, the light is reflected and scattered everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised at how bright it was and liked that the light color continuously changed. I added an abstract object above to see what it looks like. So far with mixed feelings. Either way it's still a good buy for a great light source combined with the air stone feature.
