I bought this hair the other day and it was a bit dark to be a bun. So I contacted the seller, spoke to Sophia and she was very helpful in solving my problem. She was very patient and found a way for me to be happy with my hair color. She sent me a front camera to fix my hair color issue. I tried bleaching the front part, the hair fell out. I waited months before using the hair and making a wig. Hair curls well but smells a little funny when wet. I love the wig I made with hair, but it sheds (not much), smells when wet, and gets tangled from time to time. but hair is definitely better than getting your hair dirty or spending lots of money on packs at the makeup store.
