This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It's nice and comfortable to carry on the shoulder. It's very well made. When I go I have to Things they carry Some things included in this bag are: Water bottle (in side pocket) Opposite side pocket) Medical papers and my living will in case of an emergency and paperwork for a service dog (in front zip compartment) I add my cell phone when I'm ready to go (in the back compartment with a button where I can reach it quickly), money, insurance cards and other essentials, an extra cannula for my extra oxygen, extra masks (in a plastic bag to store them hygienically mi), accessories for Service dogs (vest, leash etc) and much more, I'm glad I found this item and it's still roomy he than I thought.
