I have a phone holder that I like much better but that's not the reason I bought it. I needed space for a coffee mug and the standard cup holders are too small. First, there is no manual that tells me anything about the company. Two sentences and a picture to throw in the box. For real! It was easy to install but will NOT hold a cup of any size or weight. The spring on it is extremely weak. Almost to the point of thinking I might have a bad one. Don't put your cup in there and don't think it will stay because the first hit will send your drink all over the console. The rim on the holder is so narrow that it barely covers the bottom rim of the mug. I have to seriously question the other reviews. When the cup narrows, it doesn't stick to the bottom at all. Either way, it will be returned. Great idea (hence 2 stars) but I doubt there was any functional testing. Stronger spring and wider base and this could be a great product.
