DL:DR a suitable purchase for work or office, not for home use. not on my desk. This combination of products met that need, but not completely. The mouse is very light and uncomfortable to hold after getting used to the more ergonomic design. The keyboard is light and compact, which isn't surprising given the price I was initially willing to pay, but it lacked key features that would make it viable over the long term. The protruding "f" and "j" keys were too small for use in the dark, and the multimedia keys on top of the keyboard were also unusable in a dark room (e.g. maybe mute or adjust the volume quickly) because it's so cramped is grouped with other secondary keys (Internet Explorer, ugh and Microsoft Audio Player).
