softer pillow than i'm used to, but very good quality
we needed new pillows, and my husband is very particular. these pillows are well made, but softer than i personally like. but my husband loves his new pillow! the first night he used it, his sleep score on his fitness device was a 90 (and he is usually around 75!). i wish there were different levels of firm/soft, because i would have wanted a firmer pillow.
