These rollers are designed for the mobile basic system of a very heavy lathe. 700# It was very difficult to find fixed footed casters. All appear to be casters when purchased from your local hardware store. Then I found the complete set here, 2 swiveling and 2 fixed. The double locking system works great, I've never seen this option on roller skates. Rolls effortlessly around the store. Expansion joints in the floor are not a problem. The order was delivered on time as promised. I will buy these again if needed.
