Immediately stopped working! Stay away!
Maybe I caught a defective device, but mine literally stopped working after the 4th firmware. I tried plugging it straight into the wall and all I got was a fan icon and a sound, all the numbers disappeared like I used all the flashes. I also don't like that it's wired. I thought it was a battery. Now that the refund process has started it's working again so let's see? @@@Update @@@I would stay away. This device has stopped working again. This will work intermittently, but I've used it enough to know I wasted $70. Doesn't work, hair doesn't even get thinner.
