This product is very durable, it's good quality, all the reviews here are bad - lies, yes they offer devices, but I haven't used it and I Buy various gear in the Lowe and Home pack Depo for $3 and hold £50 per anchor. People here are using the hardware that comes with the kit and their walls are probably drywall, or they're not installing it properly and they're not getting the results they want. You criticize the product and the product is good. I can say this because I've been using it for over two months and my little girl even tried to hang herself from it.
