Saved a few hundred dollars!
The roman blind cord in my living room broke due to stress. I figured it would cost me a few hundred dollars to call our window covering specialist for the repair. I thought I might try fixing the shades myself. After a few hours I was able to restore the shades and bring them back to normal. Installation was a bit tricky as the cable got pulled over the cable lock but it's so much better than paying someone to fix it or replace it!
