Great features, but do they work? I found the USB ports unreliable. The keyboard/mouse adapter has stopped working. Big problems streaming a ZOOM conference. Keeps blocking the internet. In the end, the ethernet port didn't work at all. I plugged in the USB ethernet port and it worked for a while. Occasionally the 2nd and 3rd monitors would not light up. I have to unplug the device for it to work. Cables from monitors and other USB peripherals are long and heavy. The connectors are too weak to maintain a solid connection, so a slight vibration on my desk can cause the cables to come loose. I don't think the device is strong enough. I've been trying to get their tech support for 3 days but to no avail. We are waiting for the block replacement to see if it gets better. It's probably good value for money, but useless if the parts don't work properly.
