I received this item in the mail today and wasn't happy when I opened it and one of the rings wasn't fully closed and damaged the inner lid. I thought about ordering another one but I'm afraid the same will happen again. I'm considering returning it but that might be too big of a deal. Cathy Straube got a replacement and it was damaged too, but I'm not sending it back this time. Too much time and effort. The design of this album is for the inner cover to rest against three rings in the binding when shipped, causing the rings to tear the inner cover. The album was sealed when I received it and you won't see any damage inside the cover until you open it. So I learned my lesson and will not order this guy again.
