I use this lid on 6Qt Instant Pot. It doesn't seem to fit right at first, but it actually fits well. When installing a lid on a pot, simply press the edges of the lid onto the pot. It snaps gently into place and is slightly snug on the potty. It may not feel like a snug fit for some people, but it stays in place without pulling back or popping out. Removing the lid is easy, while you can use your index finger to gently pry the rim of the lid off the pot. In addition, in the refrigerator we put the dishes with food on the lid, and it does not bend. It is very strong and strong, will not stretch/shrink. I lift the brim, push the cap down to release some air, and then close the brim. This causes the lid to flex inward due to the expelled air. It stays that way in the fridge. Later I lift the edge of the lid to let air in, then the lid lifts again. Note. Do not cover the pot with plastic wrap. This interferes with the silicone cap. The plastic wrap will make the edges of the pot thicker and the silicone lid will be difficult to hold. In general the product works well. to me.
