Too much slop - patience is terrible.

Purchased to downsize a 3" Ford F350 hitch to 2" for use with a bike rack. The tolerances are so large that the bike rack swings back and forth too much to be usable at all. The same rack in a standard 2 inch opening is very secure. Perhaps a ball bearing hitch could be used for towing, but the side tilt in this application renders the product unusable.
