Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

Normal, it works.
Pros below:
I took it for 7000, it works on a cooler from 2200g. Temperature under load about 80 degrees
Cons:
The processor is just in a box pressed with a gasket, and not in a sealed plastic case. The sides are strangely hewn, or maybe it should be, on the lid.
