Nice case and it fits my Polaris Ranger team perfectly. The photo shows that the water does not pass through at all. The material is not heavy. It's actually quite light, so I'm not sure how long it will hold up in hot and snowy conditions. If I can hold out for two years, I'll be satisfied. I like the feel of the grips, but they're more for beauty and for letting the car headlights glow in the dark again. If you pull on it and remove the cover, it will break on the thread. Overall I'm happy with it and how well it fits
