I use these to clean my pump parts between sessions. I pump twice at work, so after the first pump I take everything apart, wipe down with one (yes, just one will do!), let it dry while I pack up, put the pump on and put on a label. my milk. Once dry, I place the clean, dry pieces in a gallon ziploc and refrigerate them for my next pump. I like them 100 times better than Medela wipes - they were too foamy and took too long to dry for me (I can't just sit around for another 10 minutes after pumping and wait for the pieces to dry). I also use them at home and mop. empty my son's pacifier when he comes home from daycare so it's clean and ready for the next day.
